The speakers discussed how they maintain their creativity against other day-to-day commitments – how to spark it alongside a less creative paying job or through periods without work, or nurture it for their own projects despite the demands of a day job. How do they keep energised between jobs and avoid creative burnout during intense work periods?

Our speakers were drawn from the ScreenCraft Works community, including first-time speakers, and are at different stages of their careers:
