I have chosen a career in the screen industry because I have a Bachelor Degree in Creative Music Production and I did my Major Project on Sound Engineers in TV. I made a documentary about the difference between analog and digital areas, and how it has changed over the years; and I knew that was the sector I wanted to be in. I also did Industry Practice, Critical Listening, Interactive Performance Systems and Audio Production for games. I also have knowledge in ADR, Pro Tools and Avid Media Composer.
I had a spinal cord injury about 11 yrs ago which left me with a physical disability, but I don’t let this hold me back. I’ve put in a lot of hard work at studying for what my heart and mind are set on which is to become a Sound Engineer/Post Production/Editor, so I am willing to put in the hard work to achieve my goals, I walk with the aid of a walking stick but I am able to function as normal, I am just looking for an opportunity to gain some experience to further my career.
